They show up late with a broken boat that can not get up to speed and take us out to the ORCAS, come back an hour late, they say nothing to the guests as to what/why/how come/ "we have your money,tough" was the feeling I left with, tourist I was, trapped I felt. Great while watching experience! Captain Mark and crew were wonderful. We saw a baby orca breach for us! Truly memorable time on the water!

My husband and I were on board the norwegian jewel after searching and reading many reviews we decided to not book thru the ship and take a zodiac at 5 pm with orca spirit adventures. I will say that it was the absolute best thing that we did the whole week.
