Did the tasting tour, which as some of others have said, is not really a tour of the premises. The brewery itself is in the premises, which is around the size of 2/3 of a tennis court. A staff member educates you while you are perched on some of the bar stools next to the plexiglass wall separating the brewing from the public areas. So you can see the activity when brewing is ongoing.

I can't believe sake so good is actually made here locally!
They do sell some of their sakes through select LCBO's but they have a great selection of various selections of sakes which they make in-house.
The place is really small but you can try any of their sakes at their bar -- try their sake flights at the bar. If you have friends who don't like sake, their sake cocktails will make them... more
