Not Impressed

I am a Veteran. I received my hearing aids at the end of September 2009.

I have been waiting to have my devices serviced since late October. I have attended 3 appointments since October, and nothing has been done at all 3 appointments. Each time he had to call the manufacturer for info.

My hearing aids have not been "Linked" together for optimum results.

My hearing aids have not been properly "Fitted" and they are uncomfortable for me to wear.

The "Remote" I was promised has not been delivered.

He won't provide Veterans Affairs with the information they require to appeal a pension decision.

And he won't return my phone calls despite several attempts per week.
