Lazy, surly and incompent staff. NEVER again. You pay the price at one price - and that is that you will have to find your own stuff (because they can't find it for you) you'll have to give staff a remedial lesson in how to use Interac and, sadly, that making comments about the colour of others' skin just isn't cool in 2013.
