Front desk staff are HORRIBLE
The doctors at this clinic have always been amazing. Buutttt.... The problem is with the staff at the front desk. These are HORRIBLY rude and angry people. I understand that working at the front desk at a walk in clinic can be a stressful job but there is no excuse to be so blatantly rude to people. I don't know if this chicks need to get laid more often, if they litterally have sticks jammed up their a@!%s or if they just get off on treating people like garbage but every single person who works the front desk at this clinic is a huge b@!%h. I'm already waiting an average of THREE to FOUR hours to see a doctor. So I don't need to be subjected to the attitude of these sad, sad women. God I hate them so much.

This isn't the regular clinic I go to. I came here only because I needed to see a female physician and my go to clinic recommended this place and I'm glad I went! I called and spoke with Mindy a couple of days ago and she's very friendly and nice. She set me up to see Dr. Ticea. I had to wait in the waiting room about 15 minutes longer then my set appointment but I didn't mind. They take walk... more

Best walk in I've ever gone to. I was able to put my name on a wait list and just call to see when my appointment was. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Doctors were nice, I was only in for a prescription refill so I didn't get a chance to really see how thorough they were.
I'd definitely recommend this clinic

Had to come here unfortunately two weekends ago because I had a major runny nose and a fever of 38 for 3 days straight. The wait wasn't too awful but both Rick and I were fighting the virus (we don't know which one of us gave it to the other) but we were both pretty miserable.
They have a water cooler out, but no cups lol. Not sure if this was a one off or if they hide it on purpose. The...
