The service was awful. My friends and I were looking for some formal dresses for our upcoming cruise. Oksana's seemed like just the place. As we were picking out a dress a sales associate came up to us and asked what we were looking for. We explained and she grabbed the dress out of my hands.I was speechless. We left after immediately.

I've never had an truly awful customer service experience until I stepped foot into Oksana's at Sunridge Mall.
