Refused the resign
Our strata council decided OSM wasn't doing the job they were being paid to do and wanted them gone. At a SGM on the matter 74% of owners wanted they gone BUT they refused to resign because they still had several months left on their contract so we are now stuck with a strata manager that neither strata council or 74% of owners don't want!!
