Poor customer service

I have been trying to hook up my wireless router to the Odynet modem with no luck. I have had no problems doing this with either Bell or Rogers. When I called Odynet and asked if there was some trick to hooking up my wireless router I was pretty much just laughed at. Needless to say I am less then impressed with Odynet’s customer service.
