Called several times to try and get someone out to quote me on home window replacement.
Friday call: "We'll have someone call you today when they're nearby."
No show.
Saturday call: "We'll call you on monday for your tuesday appointment."
No show.
Tuesday call: "We'll give you a call tomorrow."

Oakville Glass installed two skylights for us last fall. We chose them because we've hired them over the years and they have always done great work. Pat the installer (I think that's his name) was very helpful. He cleaned up and we've no trouble with the installations.
