Rude, arrogant and unhelpful.
Poor coordination of work, disorginized, rude and disgruntaled. No passion for work and it really shows.

Were extremely helpful and professional. Had the locks changed in my whole house and it only took them a couple of hours! Highly recommend, locksmiths were very friendly/fair.
Rude, arrogant and unhelpful person behind the counter!!
We bought a new lock and fitted it the same day. Only to find that the key broke off in the lock on first time use. Phoned for help because couldn't get door open to remove the broken lock and got told that it was 'our problem' because we fitted the lock!! Really rude and unhelpful service - don't shop here!!!!
