Don't waste your time or money
Similar to EL's experience I had a voucher. I booked my appointment 2 months in advance for 2 pm on a Saturday. They didn't bother calling or emailing me in advance to remind me - not really a deal breaker - but seriously what kind of place doesn't remind you of your appointment? So the day of my scheduled appointment at 11:40 I called them to see if they could move my appointment up by an hour because my friend invited me to a bbq later that afternoon. That is when they told me that they had to shuffle appointments and mine had been moved to NOON. Not once did they try to call or email me. I am a 20 min drive away from the place so (by then it was 11:55) I said I could be there by 12:20 and we could start at 12:30 - leaving time for traffic. The woman who was incredibly rude, as though it were my fault that THEY changed my appointment, said if I came 20 min late, they would shorten my treatment by 20 minutes. I then asked if they would move my appointment to another date then, and she said they would no longer honour my voucher. At least the voucher company refunded the money. DON'T bother with this company. It was more than a little frustrating.
Horrible Experience!
I was given a voucher to go in for a package treatment, I made an appointment and switched it a week from that date. When I showed up all excited to go in after taking a day off from work, but when I showed up, the Manager gave me the hardest time ever. He said I had not cancelled the previous appointment date and when they tried calling me it was the wrong number. First of all they wrote down the wrong number, then double booked me, and blamed me for it. Instead of honouring the voucher, he insisted that he couldn't because he had to pay for his staff to stay, even though he had already booked me in. His resolution was to get a partial treatment after he had insulted me. It is the worst spa experience I have ever had and I didn't even recieve any service. Just pure disgusting! Save your time and money, never ever go here!
