So the saga goes. I went to these guys to get a tubless setup fixed. I walk in I tell them the tire wont hold air for more than 30 minutes and that I wanted the tire removed and both the tire and rim cleaned/inspected than remounted and stans tire sealent put in. Simple job right. Well they decided to make it even more simple by leaving the tire on and putting stans in pumping it up and sending... more

The people here are great, they know their stuff, they don't try and up-sell too much, and I can order things and they actually get them here within a week. But it's still a bike shop, so for a specialized service expect higher pricing. Quality and workmanship is worth something so don't gripe about having to pay for quality.
Not sure how the crew is when it comes to people who don't know...
