Restored my faith in car dealers
Purchased a 2012 Civic from number 7 and on delivery I brought in the full amount forgetting that i had left a one thousand dollar deposit. a few days later i called and asked to speak to the manager Chuck Via but he was off so they passed me to the Genaral Manager Nelson Caetano who i reported the error he put me on hold and after a few minutes returned and told me that the overpayment was caught by accounting and that a refund was issued! Yah right that is what all car dealers say the cheque is in the mail !! WELL that evening when i got home my wife told me that a cheque for $1000 was sent to me by number 7 honda for overpayment! I was florred! Hats off to management at number 7 honda and to their staff they restored my faith in car dealers again! Need a car call Chuck Via he gave me the best price in all of Toronto!!

December 14, 2010Couldn't believe the service I recieved when I purchased my car and doing my regular maintenance at Number 7 Honda. The sales rep took care of everything for me and was completely honest. The service people are nice and friendly and the service is impecable. Do not go to this dealership!
September 12, 2010We have found out the hard way that this dealership is unprofessional, unreliable, and does not care about the customer. They will make empty promises in order to get a sale. Once you pick up your car the added upgrades will not be in the car!! No one returns phone calls or ever remembers you even though you have left multiple messages. Stay away!!!

May 12, 2009Just say we were given the run around for months on a vehicle..we were very patient people...only to find out that they were using our vehicle to make long trips behind our back...they actually put 5000 km on the vehicle doing this...The manager is a big fraud...don't trust him!!!!
