I have been to this location a few times and every time I have had an terrible experience. The staff are very rude, not helpful, and it seems like even asking simple question is a hassle for them. I don't know if other nucasa locations are like this... But I would not recommend going to this one unless you want to have a frustrating experience. Do not recommend!!

I had a bad experience and they never helped remedy the problem. Instead they were rude and not willing in any way to help. They just like to point the finger at the buyers. Very frustrating!

The sales experience was great but they didn't do a very good job installing the floor. We found out several years later and, although our invoice says the flooring installation is guaranteed, and that the floorboards are covered under a 15 year warranty, Nucasa has refused to help. They've even threatened us with legal action when we tried to share our experience with their... more
