These people keep harassing us to pay a no-show fee on an advanced booking. This appointment was cancelled in advance by me but somehow never registered at the clinic. They don't seem to get the message and keep calling us six months later. We want nothing further to do with Northland Dental, stay away!

This place is a gong show! I never thought I'd say that I have fun going to the dentist...but I have fun going to this dentist! Sure, maybe I'm a bit scared when the hygienist doesn't quite know how to use the tools, and maybe it seems a bit weird that the dentist switches between patients (he keeps two going at a time, back to back behind a thin wall), but this place is fun!
