Please stay clear of this builder. They use the cheapest materials and their workmanship is extremely poor. They try very hard to avoid repairing anything from small to big even though its listed on your warranty form. Very poor quality!

Lacking in quality and workmanship. It's as if they hire the cheapest contractors they can find. Compared to similarly priced homes we've seen by other builders they really need to step it up. House was not even cleaned decently when we moved in. Dismiss our concerns about everything including dead grass not laid properly, raised shingles, cold spots in house etc. Would not buy again for long... more

They were a good service and I'd recommend it to friends and family. But overall they were normal and average. If I were to buy another home I would probably deal with them. But with some conditions.
