They refused to honour their contract

This organization failed us even before they started. Once the contract was signed with them, their support and service began degrading quickly. A month later when they were supposed to install the phone system, they didn't even show up. They arrived on Friday, and failed to complete the install - and then didn't come on Saturday or even Monday to finish - even though we had no functional phones in a 24-hour business! After a number of calls and complaints they returned to partially finish.

Two years later, the phones still don't work properly and they refuse to fix it. NATG claims they did nothing wrong, and it was all fine.

We hired a new company, they fixed all the problems in one day, and found numerous problems and errors by NATG. We have had no problems since the new company.

We have sued NATG for beach of contract.
