unfriendly to fellow technicians

when i went in there to ask questions. becuase they say "Asking Questions means you want to Learn so you Understand" but they give huffs and puffs if I asked a question on repairs that are above average user "Complaints" more of an actual repair where majority consumers just don't know how to clear there cache and remove spyware (more uncheck the spyware when you install). but again they also huff and puffed when i questioned some of there price's knowing what the at-cost prices of the same place newegg.ca buys from and average markup prices. didn't inform them that i KNEW the at-cost prices but i knew becuase i deal with them on my own as a freelance technician.

If I could give this establishment 10 stars I truly would after my computer stopped working and making a few calls to Staples and future shop and finding out they charge a diagnostic fee and offered me two packages either- $190 or $250 to look and repair my computer without even looking at it.

Always great service, fast and reliable. They are cheaper than the big box stores but offer better service for what I have seen. Also they offer a full selection of custom built computers that you can change up to suit your needs.

A great family run business that has been in business for over 20 years!
