Our dog LOVES going here and that is an understatement. She gets excited in the car on the way in and gets even more excited when employees come out front to bring her back in. If she ever gets too dirty (rolls in another dogs pee before they can clean it), she gets cleaned! I love Nirvana and Chris! The Santa photos are also one of my favourite things to do every year.

Just had our puppies nails clipped but everything good. Loved my puppy, thought that it was the cutest ever, so obviously smart people.

Our dog is extremely allergic to chemical products. We were assured that only hypoallergenic product would be used. Within days of grooming, our dog's body was fully red and irritated. He scratched his body raw and needed to go into a cone and on medication. We will never use Nirvana again. I would NOT recommend.
