Horrible horrible service

These guys just want your money, we are talking 225% markup on most items, go to wiggle or nashbar to buy anything and you will save $$$. These guys charge wayyy to much for service, find anything wrong with your bike and if they cant they will make something wrong with it to charge you 10x more for replacement parts. They don't know anything about apparel and gave me clothing that was terrible and ended up reselling on ebay because of the severe lack of ventilation. but above all the service is unbelievably bad, he said to me last time I called to checkup on my bike "listen I am not making money talking to you right now, so please dont call again, your bike will be ready when it will be ready". GEOFF Is the worst. IF you want to know how much they overprice, look at their cars, MERCEDES BMW you name it. Their bikes are all madones 6 2010 and I am sure they got tons of em.... MAKE THE TRIP To racer sportif or better yet, just buy ONLINE SOOOO MUCH CHEAPER!!!!
