Some of the younger sales staff were friendly. The older guys in the shop had an aura of roadie snobbery. I got the impression that if you don't fit the profile of their perfect Assos clad customer you'll get little attention. They did a good job fixing my bike though and it was done on time.

Dropped in one Saturday to look for some summer gloves. Sales staff seemed too busy doing nothing to help me. One of the service staff actually glared at me because I was in their way when they were walking a bike through the store. Wow. No way I'm coming back here.

Absolute WORST service. Completely ignored by sales staff. I'll gladly goto another bike shop to buy my bike.
