Very disappointed
April 26, 2011Crazy - went in for a colour (did not need a cut)and was charged over $40 extra to blowdry my hair. Does one not need to blowdry the hair to see the actual colour (ie always darker when wet) Totally disappointed - not worth the money!!!

December 07, 2010yes, they have great products but the Customer Service could do a lot better. They are a bit discriminative, heartless and only welcome those with 'money' and 'class'. For the most part, I was ignored when I walked in and ignored once again when I said 'thank-you'. March 18, 2009The staff are very friendly, attentive & knowledgeable. They will go the extra mile to ensure that their clients are happy, and their hair product line (Avida) is the best. Stylist are very well qualified, and open to suggestions, although they usually know what will look good on an individual, if you let them work with you. I very highly recommend them.
