would not reomend anyone to purchase a home from this so called co.just one broken promise after another poor warenty no follow up on promises but a descent home

I would not recommend this company as promises are made and not kept. certain aspects of the home were changed from what was originally agreed upon without even a courtesy call to advise us of said changes. warranties on products in home have not been upheld even though company in states was sent emails ---very disappointed and would never buy from them again
