This is a terrible location.  One of the staff members named "Shayan" was very rude to me while I was there and his coworkers just stood there  with grins on their faces. I would never go back there again. Heck I doubt I'd even buy anything from any New Balance again at all.

Ok yes, reviews are right. This is the worst customer service. Employees are too busy giggling like school girls amongst themselves to greet or serve customers. Asking for help is interrupting their hanging out. Nothing's in stock. These people are paid to do nothing and ignore customers who are looking to spend money. Went on a busy Saturday to New Balance, I was in the shop for about 3 minutes before a very friendly and helpful service rep named Jeff approached and began to help me with my shoe purchase. He had lots of experience with the product and made informed recommendations.Nice Mall, lots of parking. I'll be making all new Balance shoe purchases from this location from now on!
