In our first year we had 30 bank transactions, 175 entries into 10 chart of accounts for our newly incorporated business. Balance sheet didn't align with our income statement but insisted we sign off and carry the problem forward. We asked her to reconcile. Couldn't figure out a 30% gap in income vs. expenses. Charged us double and filed as-is. What an absolute mess to work with and always insists to push unfinished work into the new year. Needless to say, we moved on and paid someone else to redo the year. 1 star for meeting the filing deadline but that's all you'll get from her.
