Needed some RAM and they were the only ones in town that had exactly a set of 4 MB upgrades for my HP PC. Went in and was helped within 4 minutes of being at the counter by a really helpful young dude. The only reason not a 5 star is it has a bit of a warehouse feel but that might just be the nature of their product - I got what I wanted fast so that's really all that counts.

Sales staff are knowledgeable and friendly, very business oriented. Went to the store to buy a laptop for work and not being over sold.

Went here a few month ago to pick up a cheapo replacement keyboard I ordered online. I was greeted right away and shown where to pick it up. Easy pick up and I was nicely waved off when I left. I was fairly nervous about coming here since tech places can be fairly hit and miss with customer service but it was a nice experience. Would buy from them again!
