Terrible customer service! Avoid!!!
I purchased a Groupon for laser in December. I called to set up an appointment several times but no one answered the telephone nor did they return my phone messages. I attempted to reach them by e-mail, and was told that they were not booking laser appointments as there was a problem with their machine. I was advised to call in January, which I did. After another several attempts to reach them by telephone, I finally scheduled an appointment.
On the day of my appointment the weather was poor, so I called to see if they were still open. I had to call literally five times in a row before someone answered the phone, only to be told that they were planning on closing due to weather. Of course they cannot control the weather, but I'm amazed that they wouldn't call to notify their clients.
The appointment was rescheduled to today. I called to confirm the appointment prior to leaving my house. I called twice, no answer. I showed up to my appointment tonight only to be told that the woman who does the laser treatment went home sick and they apparently didn't have my number, despite the fact that I provided it both via e-mail and when I called to have my appointment scheduled, and then rescheduled.
Needless to say I am less than impressed. In fact, I'm very annoyed. I've reported them to The BBB.
What a Scam!!!
I purchased 2 Groupon deals for laser hair removal. I booked an appointment and was asked what areas I wanted to treat with my Groupon. I told them legs, bikini, underarms and forearms. They insisted on me coming in to do a test area before treatment. I booked a babysitter and drove to the spa. I was asked to fill in a questionnaire. They took me into a room which had a dirty cover and a used kleenex on the treatment bed. The girl proceeded to tell me that they could not honour what was on the Groupon deal and it would cost me my vouchers plus hundreds more to do the areas promised in the Groupon. She said I could contact Groupon for a refund if I wasn't happy with their offer. I was livid as they cost me money for a babysitter and my time. It was a huge scam and I would never do business with such and unethical place. I also would never recommend them to anyone.

Appalling Service

My wife bought me a hot stone massage and sauna package for my birthday. I have never had either and must say I am now hooked. The massage was incredible and then I relaxed in the sauna for half an hour followed by a nice hot shower. The staff were great and the spa itself is beautiful. We are going to book a couples massage, relax and enjoy.
