Yes Julie, I agree with you. Infect, its their family business and they think that their business has grown enough now, so they can do whatever they want to...
Very Poor Customer Service
I did my taxes at Nan's tax and the customer service provided by his wife is disgraceful...I will never recommend anyone to go there. They fight for their money but they don't provide any type of customer service that they promise. If you have a problem might as well solve it yourself as they only have a long list of excuses as to why they can't do it for you. SHE IS A B@!%H.

We have been using Nan's Tax Services for many many years. They are one of the best tax preparers that we know. We highly recommend David Raghubir who has been doing our taxes for over fifteen years.
