Nitin is a Founder and President of N3 Mortgage Capital Inc., he has over twenty years of experience working in the field of finance, investments and real estate. In the past, he held senior finance and accounting positions at Canadian Companies like TD Financial Group, TransGlobe Asset Management and Carillion Canada Inc. He also successfully built a boutique mergers and acquisitions firm in Canada whereas he worked primarily with industrial businesses. During his career he has been responsible for successful acquisitions, management and sale of real estate properties valued up to $20 million.
