New owner but the same scam
I also got scammed and they are new owners. They will tell you one price but when your vehicle is ready you will pay way more then what they told you. These guys are total scammers you have been warned.
good work, bad service
I dropped off my truck for a complete exhaust job. They called me the next day recommending an extra part, which I approved and then they called me back with an estimate of $467 before tax which I approved. When I arrived to pick up the truck at the end of the day I got a bill for $680 (with tax). Apparently this was due to a broken bolt they had to fix but did not call me to get authorization or approval for. Since the owner was not in I paid the bill and called the next day. Ryan, the owner, told me that stuff like this happens all the time and there was no other choice so he just went ahead without informing me, this was wrong, as I could have easily fixed it myself for far less. They also decided to clean my air filter for $10 more, without me knowing it. The quality of the work is really good but the customer service was very poor. Just be careful and make sure you don't get any hidden costs if you go there. Ryan did not offer to make any compromise for his screw up or do anything else to make up for it.

no way - verbally quote one price and without approval do additional work and drastically overcharge from estimate - everyone I have talked to has same complaint - scam
