I drove from White Rock for a colour and cut
Stuck in traffic on Granville because of paving. I called Moods twice to let them know. I was 15 minutes late (after being on the road for 1 hour and 15 minutes) and they wouldn't let me keep my app't. They asked if I wanted to reschedule. Are you kidding me? I went up the street to Pink Lime and they graciously fit me in. They only had one person working and he managed to do my cut and colour inbetween his other clients. Amazing cut and colour and service. In these economic times, I'm surprised that a service industry can afford to turn clients away the way Moods Salon did to me.

I have been going here on and off for quite a few years. Natalia is my girlfriend's favourite stylist but she now has her own salon in New Wes called Zoom. I really think Johanna is a decent stylist as well although she didn't manage to get my color right. Chad, on the other hand, gave me a mullet when I did not ask for a mullet and did not have time later to fix the cut... I'm very surprised... more

I haven't even had the chance to get my hair done here and I'm already leaving a bad review.
I booked my appointment with Chad over three weeks ago for Friday at 1:30pm. I have a six month old so I had to make arrangements for someone to watch him.
I get a call from the salon on the day of my appointment at 1:22pm saying that my appointment was at 12:45pm. I immediately called them back and...
