Excellent facility, clean and modern with good staff. One comment for such a hotel, I was billed for a bottle of water on my credit card I did not consume. When I returned home I called the front desk and the procedure was to open up a dispute file and they would investigate and contact me within 5 working days. It seems a little extreme for a $4.00 bottle of water and maybe the hotel thinks... plus

This hotel is gorgeous, one of the nicest business travel hotels I’ve stayed at. Every detail in the room was perfect, and the bed was very comfortable. The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the airport make the room. 9/10

My wife and I got married here in September 2011 and could not have been happier. The service from the beginning was professionnal and super friendly. During the whole planning of the event, our coordinator Zeina was amazing and patient. At the event, their service was beyond reproach and accomodated our every need.
