Worst that I've ever experienced.

Stuff attitude extremely horrible. Very small pot of tea for three ppl to share plus charging75 cents everytime refill. Bad service though force to charge 20%tips on top of everything. I would say its a rip off. At least me and all of my frs wont go this place again.

If I could give this place a negative score I will. I seriously just made my Yelp account to warn others not to come to this location (Richmond).
