Deceptive business practices

I drove my vehicle to this transmission shop and was simply looking for a price for repair work. The shop removed my transmission and indicated there was a SIGNIFICANT price to simply re-install the transmission, and an insane price to fix the transmission.

They use the "rock and a hard place" approach with their customers. Avoid at all costs!!!

Horrible......will do work without consent, replaced parts with damaged ones!!! Absolutely unbelieveable what happened to me here. Go anywhere else

I've been to this Mr Transmission three times now, they've checked out two cars (one when I bought it and then again when I was having trouble with the shifting) And the gentleman who owns this shop charged me for my three visits a grand total of zero dollars and zero cents.

I had just landed off a redeye flight and no sleep and was on my way in to the city when I heard a loud *thud*. It was clear that the problem was my transmission or clutch and the tow-truck driver who eventually came suggested Mr. Transmission.
