Adam, to respond to your comments: after the service is done your technician gave the vehicle a car wash as per my dash cam video and parked it in your parking lot. It was then the damage was caused.  If it's before the car wash I won't be able to see the white or light colour powder in the spot of damage.  If you don't have video pointing to the spot where it was parked, at least you can check... more

Great service here! I'm a proud Honda Civic owner and I have no complaints with the service here - it's always great. Every time I come here for an oil change, I experience great service and the oil changes never take longer than what they say - I would say I wait an hour or sometimes shorter.
