Fav Hotel in Ottawa

Fresh, new, update to date rooms, top service. Everything you'd expect from a newer hotel. Only complaint..the standard rooms are a little smaller than what I'm use to.

so great!

the hotel got me so impressed by its picturesque design. lobbies, stairs and bedrooms are really beautiful. the staff are young and very courteous. it seems that they can help you anything you need.a really interesting destination!

Not recommended - under renovation; falling apart

We stayed here in a 2 bedroom suite - which we were thinking was an ideal set-up for a family. However, the rooms are dated and falling apart. The hotel is undergoing renovation to convert the hotel into longer stay accommodations, which puts hotel guests in the midst of noise, construction, falling apart rooms etc. The staff tried to get... more

Not much right outside the door, but close to a lot

The staff was impeccable. It is unfortunate that it is becoming a residential type of building and no longer a hotel. I attended a conference and didn't use the in room eating facility much. The rooms were clean but obviously needed some updating (which they are going through right now). Staff was amazingly friendly, especially Nataly and Derek who helped... more

We have stayed in this hotel previously and were still impressed by quality, location, and upkeep. It is becoming a short term rental hotel (min 30 days) as of June 1 ,2014. If we have occasion to stay in ottawa that ling…we will stay there.
