They did a bad job
They charged too much
and they were very rude
and hard to deal with

Paul is a thorough, efficient, reasonably priced, completely trustworthy mechanic.
I've been going to minit-tune for ALL my car issues for over three years - and Paul's garage is the first that i've ever not felt hoodwinked at - pun intended :)
