to the lost employee i guess you dnt have something to do where you working any ways to let you know milano city is been in manotick for over the 10 years our food quality talk about itself our recipe make grandma jealous the thing im not understand who is the fraud me or you guys ....all i can say good luck brother

Milano city is a FRAUD
I large combination - I ordered a pizza from the real Milano pizzeria on 990 River Road - K4M 1P2 Manotick, but my wife failed to give the right address so I ended up arriving at Milano city (Knock off of the Real Milano).
I went into the Milano city thinking its the real MILANO, asked for my order, the man at the counter looked klind of lost, since he did not have it. I then realized that I was at the wrong location. Once I told the man at the counter that this is the wrong location, or infact the wrong pizzeria completly he asked me to call and the REAL MILANO and cancel my order and that he would make me the same order. I was shcoked and dismayed that he had the guts to ask me to ask Milano Pizzeria to cancel the order, considering the order has been made and waiting for me to get picked up. In my mind i was thinking of how this person is ready to steal business from another store without an honourable consideration in the ethics of business.
I left in a hurry to the real MILANO PIZZERIA location and told the person that i was at the wrong location which explains me being late.
People are easily mistaken Milano city for the real MILANO PIZZERIA. The person at MILANO told me that MILANO CITY is constantley stealing orders and pretending to be the eal MILANO.
I was discusted by how low Milano city steeps in order to pretend to be the Real MILANO PIZZERIA.
People ordering from Manotick do not mistake MILANO Pizzeria for the knock off milano city.
Beware they will pretend to be the real thing but can never come close.

I have had a horrible experience with this place. It used to be my go to place for pizza every weekend and after this experience I would never ever go here again. I placed a $60 order for pickup through MENU.CA, I got to the restaurant and they sent it for delivery for some reason. I managed to catch the delivery guy before he left thank god. July 02, 2013Service is horrible and the owner is disrespectful. The food is nothing other than less than ordinary and the store is dirty. I would not recommend this restaurant even if the food was free! Its a disgrace!!
