Worst Customer Service!!!

I booked my son's October birthday party in early August. The young girl wasn't really organized and didn't ask for a deposit at the time. We got a call to give a deposit a few weeks later over the phone where I confirmed the date. Everything was fine....
I picked up the invitations for the party two weeks prior and stated the date, I was told everything was fine again.

Then I got a call the Monday before our Sunday party and was told that we were booked in for Saturday and not Sunday. There was a problem as there was already a party booked for Sunday and it could not be moved. We were begrudgingly offered our deposit back with no other alternatives. I was simply told that the girls working were new and had obviously made a mistake.

The worst part is that we found another place just down the street for our party. My husband went in the morning of the party and asked the girl working to please redirect any of our guests to the new location down the street if necessary. We left some cards for them to give. We had one guest go to the Mighty Jungle and the girl gave them the card and said that they were to go to the Falconer location instead of just down the street on Ridgeway. It's bad enough that they cancelled our party - then to send our guest to the wrong location!!!! GIVE ME A BREAK!!

As someone who runs a customer service department, this is by far the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with and would not recommend them to anyone.
