Zero Service

Stopped by tonight on my way home to see a used car I was interested in. Waited 10 minutes outside. No-one came out to assist me so I won't into the showroom. The receptionist was slu ped in her chair surfing the Internet or playing video games and ignored me. I stood in the showroom for 15 minutes and remained ignored. Another customer came in and en employee in a white shirt and tie walked by me, spoke to the new arrival and went and got a salesperson to look after him hen left the area without speaking to me. Apparently I am invisible and they don't need my business. I won't be back.
