Dear Michelle,
Michelle, you have exceptional patience in that you provided significant time in insuring that we found home. The real estate services that you provided to myself & my family were absolutely outstanding! As a Realtor, you set yourself apart from other agents. You have a unique skill to assist clients in finding not only a house but their "home". By having us detail our list of wants needs & dreams in a home, we were better able to focus on our goal. I have since reviewed our list after moving to our home in Oakville and realized that you had not only filled our needs and wants list but also, all of the items on the dream list too.
Michelle, your have an incredibly professional apporach even in stressful situations. It was a pleasure teaming up with you to sell our existing home in Brampton and find our new home in Oakville. When I first started into looking into buying my own place I knew a couple of people who got their Mississauga homes through Michelle Alton and she was very highly recommended.
As a first time buyer, I was naturally nervous about the home buying process. Michelle was very sensitive to my needs and made it easy to share my likes and dislikes in a home. Michelle was very friendly and easy to talk to throughout the whole process and was open to any questions I had.
Michelle was very accommodating. She even came to my work on several occasions for me to sign paperwork, always explaining in laymen’s terms what the documents were about.
Michelle bring me to look at several condominiums in Mississauga I said I wanted to see as well as many she thought I would like. And then one day she said "I have found it! Your new home!” We ended up getting everything I wanted for a really great price! My needle in a haystack found in less than two weeks.
I have no doubt that Michelle was a great choice and I will definitely be utilizing her real estate services again when I choose to once again relocate.
