Worst bank ever
I've been with this bank ( St Catharin es branch)for years. I always had good service until I moved to Welland and had to deal with this branch on Niagara St in Wellamd. The staff clearly dont care about customers. They held on to my paycheck for 5 days leaving me pennieless and almost costing me my job. All because " thats their banks policy"
