I bought a used vehicle from them with 92 ks with a safety on on it I paid for it in cash.One week later radiator and water pump took a c@!p and $800 later.I called the dealership to see if they could help with any of the repairs and they said thank you for buying your vehicle here but we are not going to help.there was a 30 day warranty on safety related items..ah hello that was a safety related item.. my mechanic told me the leak had been there for a while.I sent a registered letter to the dealer principal and no response.I had omvic involved and no response to them.pretty ballsy if you ask me..people don't let this dealership push you around if you had a bad experience with them..I am taking them to court.I even asked them if they could pay 300 towards the rad..response no.the sales dept there are crooks the whole dealership should be shut down.I am going to write to Chrysler Canada also to notify them of the way they do business under Chryslers name...DO NOT DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS HERE.they do not care about the customers..I am to put a star rating on this dealership and it won't let me submit with out one chosen ...so I must put one....they deserve none!!!!!
Im suspending my negative opinion while Menzies attempts to resolve this issue in good faith.
Had a service related issue with my PT Cruiser years ago. Emailed the dealership about the issue and the response was "Next time your in for service lets sit down and discuss your incident". Really? You think after a bad situation that there's going to be a next time and we can chat? Recognize when your customers are disappointed, correct THAT situation & how to make the customer happy. Do what you can to entice them to come back. Your not selling burgers here guys. These are products worth tens of thousands of dollars. Smarten up and make customer service #1.
Menzies Chrysler in Whitby was a dealership recommendation a friend of mine made, and despite being hesitant to travel the distance, the experience was well worth it. The entire staff was extremely professional, and the specific representative I dealt with (Phil) did a great job in addressing my questions and concerns. Nothing but praise. Great service, highly recommend this dealership.
Brought my 2012 Chrysler 300 into Menzies Service Bay as my car was soon to be out of warranty and had an issue with a seal that was deformed. I dealt with Damon and it was fast, efficient and transparent. The part was on back order and I was notified promptly and rescheduled in to have my warranty claim honored. I will be returning back for future service for my vehicle.
I bought a used car from Menzies, I called and told them the Battery needed replaced, I sat for two hour and they told me there was nothing wrong with it, after three more visits of the the same length of time they took my advise and replace the battery also repaired a noise in the front brakes and fixed the some drainage to stop the windows from fogging up? this car was supposed to be... more
