Stay away

I've been with them for almost 2 years now trying to get a new chair. Rude staff, inaccessible location and an overall frustrating experience. I thought going with a smaller dealer would be an advantage but instead I got excuses and labelled "difficult" because I expected to get a chair I could use. The OT that signs off on the paperwork for them lives 1.5 hours away so expect delays in appointments with the weather and be warned she knows nothing about chairs. (She is a personal friend of the sales rep-something I garnered on my many visits down there) I signed off on the thing when it was 80 percent done, trusting them to problem solve a few issues. It's still sitting down there and has been since I signed for it last October. I'm still using my 25 yr old chair and it's far better than the "new" one.
