Doctor was very thorough and did what was necessary. When it comes to pay at front desk, it took forever! Woman at front desk was on phone so I waited. She then went from one call to the next and then the next. Had to wait over 8 mins of her answering calls after calls before I reminded her that I'm still here, in front of her. Got BBL done. Dr.P is great at what he does @ the spa. Staff are pleasant and welcoming. Dr. P has been monitoring and treating my skin problems. Great results so far.
