Don't even bother with this company. I set up a move date in July 08 and Ken McNally told me that he would confirm the night before. After 4 voice mail messages and NO returned calls, he never showed up on our agreed date. To this day, the man has NEVER contacted me to apologize or ask for my business.
And then, my sister decided do try him out in March 09. Not only did they not complete the job (they moved the piano half way down the stairs and decided they couldn't do it), they nicked the piano and said they would cover it with a marker!
No respect.

Hello
I used McNally Piano Movers last week to move a very old very heavy upright piano. It was a tough move with 15 steps and a very tight landing but they did the job very effectively. They maneuvered the beast with no damage but a lot of sweat. Thanks to the guys for an excellent job and taking such good care of my house and my piano. I would recommend them with no problem they are real...

Movers were on time, efficient and took very good care of our piano. They moved the piano down two flights of stairs that had a bend in them. The only reason I did not give the company 10/10 is that I had not been asked by the person who I booked with to describe the entrance and the movers were somewhat dismayed by the stairs and angle. But they did a great job and were very professional.
