Terrible RV Dealer

Mckenzie Trailers has the worst customer care. Not informative at all about your trailer. They never return calls, only people that answer phones are sales people. All calls go to voice mail, then they never return calls. They complete service work without contacting owners of the trailer. If you are looking for a dealer that treats you like garbage then this is the place for you. One good thing about them is they will admit fault but do nothing about it.
