I have to say after coming here for lunch multiple times that this is one of the best managed McD's I've been in. Polite, fast, short lines when busy and accurate. I am going to write corporate to give them a complliment.

Why do I bother with you?

Your drive thru has two screens. The one I can't see always shows the menu. The one I talk to, your workers NEVER hear me and I NEVER understand them. It's like having someone repeat your order in a foreign Trekkie language.

You never change your menu board in time. I'll pull up at 530 and get confused as to whether I should order a mcmuffin or a big mac.
