Like any other fast food...
If you order in, they'll likely get your order right. If you go through the drive-thur, you're likely going to be missing something, especially if it's a larger order. The inside's been redone and it's pretty nice. The food is the same as any McD's (greasy) and the service is the same is any McD's (mediocre).
