Hopeless service , worst furniture ...either broken pieces or missing....hard to replacement... never involve yourself

I bought my coffee table and a dinning table of Mazin furniture. I bought dinning table from bad boy and coffee table from Citizen Mattress in Mississauga. First delivery from badboy for dinning table was just table top and one chair (however I ordered 5 pieces dinnette table) . Second time I got table base and remaining three chairs (one of them damaged with no screwes). And when I went to Bad boy to replace my damaged chair, they refuse to give me a replacement as they didnot have in stock. Also refuse to refund it as well. Finally I ended up buying chairs from somewhere. It took me to send furniture back and forth, getting all pieces together over a month. Still I havenot got my money back from Badboy.

Here in Coffee table from Citizen Mattress, I got one end table and centre table. End table leg was scratched so I returned it. I was told to come next week to pick up my table. After a week when I went there, I was told they got a new piece from Mazin. This time it was assembled, however I never asked for the assembly. When I checked, I found the bottom shelf was cracked. I didnot take it.. Again I was told to come after a week. I warned them NOT to assemble it After a week again I was told that they took my table to Mazin and got it replaced, this time I noticed the polish of the table top was signifinally off. When I brought to their attention. The salesman brought the spray paint and painted that portion in front of me and said, now you take it. I refused to take this piece. I told them I wanted a new piece. Citizen mattress refused to get me new piece and said we cannot do anything anymore. Also we will NOT refund your money as well. If you want the table, this is you have to take or forget it.
I suggested, I would go personally and pick up new piece my self. I went all the way to concord from Mississauga to pick up my coffee table at Mazin furniture. When I came home, I found there are very few screws and none of them of the required sizes . I called Mazin furniture and told this. I was told I have to go back to Citizen Mattress and claim your screws. I was thinking duh!..I picked up from your warehouse, then you are responsible to provide me screws or citizen?. If Citizen was good enough to arrange a good table for me then why would I have to come all the way to pick up my self?. More over I am picking a brand new end table from you then you have to give my missing screws. I was talking to Mazine 's stupid staff for over one and half days begging to give my screws. I went to home depot to look for the right size screws. They had none. Can you imagine my fraustration, disappointment, anger level. I called alteast more than 25 calls in one and half days to claim my screws and every time I get the same answer that I should go to Citizen and when they will contact us, we will give screws.

It seems all staff/ customer service have low mental level/ understanding. They talk horrible, rude. you can imagine what worst I have been gone through while dealing with this Mazin furniture. Finally they convinced to send my screws by post after all these hassels. I never heard a word sorry from neither citizen, badboy and Mazin.

Good luck who still wants to deal with this third class furniture company.

It took over a month to gether all correct pieces of my dinning table and coffee table. If you do not want to put your self in nightmare, never buy anything by Mazin. If you still decide to buy , then make sure you open the item right in the shop and check each and every part, including the screws and bolts and so on. if you miss any part, they will give you hard time. If you have patience to deal with then go for it. if not, then never deal with Mazin product. It took me over a month to get a complete piece for dinning table and a coffee table
